Do you supply toilet paper, hand towels and other consumables?

Yes. Each unit is supplied fully stocked with toilet paper (2 rolls per loo), and hand wash or hand sanitizer depending on the units which have been hired. We can provide additional stock at a small cost. We can also supply our experienced attendants for servicing the units if required.

Can I rent a toilet for 1 day?

Yes, all our event toilets are available to hire and have a minimum one days hire rate unless specified differently on your contract.

How far in advance do I need to reserve a portable toilet?

During peak-times, June, July, August and September it is best to book individual units/ disabled units /urinals as early as possible in advance.

To avoid disappointment Wedding trailers should be booked well in advance. A small deposit will be requested. However do call us at short notice as we may have units available.

 

Where does the toilet waste go after it has been used?

Kangaloos are a licenced waste carrier and the waste from the toilets is disposed of at a local sewage works, there is one in almost every town! This is disposed of according to regulations and procedures set out by the Health and Safety Executive.

Are there lights in the toilets?

Our toilet trailers have lights fitted, which need a 13amp electricity supply.

However our single plastic loos have translucent roofs which give good daylight illumination or at night LED battery lights could be fitted.

Do I need to arrange insurance in case of damage or vandalism to the equipment at my event?

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure adequate insurance is taken out to cover damage and theft during the hire period.
